WESTS ARCHIVES MUSEUM

The Wests Archives now have their display cases upstairs at Wests Ashfield Leagues Club in their new Sports Bar. Members and guests of Wests Ashfield Leagues Club can browse this collection 7 days a week during the clubs opening hours.

This rotating display is only a small fraction of the total collection the Wests Archives manage.

The Wests Archives maintain a separate dwelling for their administration and collation of historic items. Private tours of this facility are only available by booking.

The Wests Archives currently have plans in place with Wests Ashfield Leagues Club for the construction of a purpose built museum designed to house their growing collection in a fitting environment. This would allow the general public full access to the amazing history of the Wests football club.

The Wests Archives collection includes:

• Video Archive of many Wests Magpies and Wests Tigers matches.
• Team Photographs dating back to 1908.
• Photographs, Newspaper and magazine articles.
• Team lists and Match Reports.
• Players jerseys and match balls.
• Kangaroo Tour jerseys, caps and memorabilia.
• Football and cigarette cards.
• Wests memorabilia and merchandise.
